Last week, the government announced details on funding support for EU students starting their studies in the 2017-18 academic year.
We’d like to take the opportunity to remind you that the government continues to guarantee that students currently in higher education who are eligible under current rules to receive loans and grants from the Student Loans Company will continue to do so for the courses they are currently enrolled on. This includes loans to cover tuition fees (for those resident in the EEA for at least three years), loans and maintenance support (for those resident in the UK for at least three years or who are EEA migrant workers), and some other grants and allowances.
Check the EU Referendum information for students update we shared in June 2016 for more details on funding support and read the latest announcement on the GOV.UK website.
