Candidates for the four lead roles of the Student Union at Bournemouth University (SUBU) have been confirmed. You can find out who they are on the SUBU Elections webpage.
The four roles up for grabs are:
- President
- Vice-President Education
- Vice-President Student Opportunities
- Vice-President Welfare & Community
You'll be able to hear from each one at the Candidate Question Time which is taking place on 5 March, 5-6pm on the first floor of The Student Centre. Each candidate will be speaking about themselves, their campaign, and what they hope to achieve if elected. This is your opportunity to ask questions about the campaigns and question how they plan to tackle what is included in their manifesto.
After the Candidate Q&A voting will officially open on Friday 6 March and each candidate will be campaigning over the next week and speaking to students about why they should get your vote. Look out for the candidates and their supporters, and make sure you use your voice to decide who you want to represent you as a Full-Time Student Union Officer.
Voting closes on Thursday 12 March. Find out more about the candidates and how to vote on the SUBU Elections webpage.
