Enter the BU ballot for the chance to buy AFC Bournemouth tickets

As AFC Bournemouth’s official higher education partner, we’re running a ballot throughout the 2025/26 season to give BU students the opportunity to buy up to two tickets for each of AFCB's home games.

The student rate for tickets will apply, with tickets ranging from £28 - £36 each (depending on the fixture). Ticket prices and full fixture dates can be found on the AFC Bournemouth website.

How to enter a ballot

To enter a ballot for the 2025/26 season, you will need to register your BU student email address with AFCB’s ticketing system.

Please note, if you were successful in a previous ballot, you will already have an existing account on the AFCB ticketing system. To access an existing account, please read the guide on the AFCB website. If you're unsure if you have a ticketing account already, or if you can't remember the details you provided, please email [email protected]. 

After your account is created and you are logged in:

1. Click on ‘tickets’ and then ‘ballots’
2. Select the ballot that you would like to enter and the number of tickets you’d like to request. Please note, if you are applying for two tickets, the other student wishing to apply must also register on the ticket platform.
3. Submit your ballot entry.

All ballots are drawn at random about four weeks before each match. If you haven’t been contacted by AFCB one month before the fixture, unfortunately you were not successful this time.

Ballot winners will be contacted and asked to purchase their tickets online and choose how they would like to receive their tickets (On matchday, by showing their student ID card, or digitally via the AFC Bournemouth app – if purchasing two tickets, each must be stored on a separate device). If you're no longer able to attend, please let AFCB know as soon as possible so they can offer the tickets to another student in the ballot.
