Following the recent changes to the number and locations of printers on campus, we are now ready to proceed with the next stage of the project.
This stage involves deploying software updates to the remaining printers to enhance the printing service you receive. The updates are scheduled for Monday 10 February.
During the software updates, there will be no printing facilities available for 24 hours, from 6pm on Monday 10 February to 6pm on Tuesday 11 February.
Important information you need to know during the software deployment:
- No printing available: You will not be able to print anywhere on campus.
- Print functionality: The print functionality will still appear on your computer but will not work.
- Print jobs: Any print jobs in the queue will be automatically deleted.

We understand this may cause some short-term inconvenience, but we believe the resulting improvements in our printing service will be worth it.
