BU’s student records system myHub, will be upgraded from Friday 5 December, at approximately 5pm, and is expected to be available again on Monday 8 December at approximately 1pm. As a result, myHub, and all associated links, will be unavailable during this time.
This upgrade ensures BU continues to comply with our support agreement and enables us to take advantage of new functionality, address any emerging issues and provide an improved user experience.
When accessing myHub after the upgrade, you will notice a few minor cosmetic changes including the main navigation bar which is now displayed vertically down the side of the portal (please see image below).
Anyone who tries to access myHub during the upgrade will be redirected to a holding page which explains what to do in the event of a query.
