BU’s student records system myHub will be upgraded from Friday 10 April, at approximately 5pm, and is expected to be available again on Monday 13 April at approximately 1pm. As a result, myHub, and all associated links, will be unavailable during this time.
This upgrade ensures BU continues to comply with our support agreement and enables us to take advantage of new functionality, address any emerging issues and provide an improved user experience.
Anyone who tries to access myHub during the upgrade will be redirected to a holding page which explains what to do in the event of a query.
Need to request an extension over this time?
If you wish to submit an extension request for work due during this time, please contact your relevant programme support team in the first instance. They can then submit the formal request once myHub is back online. A notice to this effect will be placed on the Exceptional Circumstances webpage which will be accessible from the holding page.
