myHub is a portal that contains all your contact information, so it’s important your details are kept up to date.
When you log onto myHub from Monday 23 March, please go to the ‘home’ tab where you’ll find a message about confirming your contact details whilst studying at BU. If you're studying with us on a Student Vvisa you will also need to confirm your immigration status. We ask that you check these details as soon possible; once you’ve confirmed them, the message will be removed.
This process will only take a couple of minutes, and you should check all the information you’ve provided. This includes your address, phone number and email (and immigration status where applicable).
Why do I have to confirm my contact details?
To comply with regulations regarding student records, we need information to be kept up to date. And if you’re studying with us on a Student Visa, it’s a requirement of your visa conditions that we have up to date contact details for you
From a safeguarding and wellbeing perspective, maintaining an accurate contact information allows us to send any necessary support materials or emergency information, ensuring you have access to the help you need
To ensure we can reach you to share important communications and you’re able to take any action required.
