We're excited to launch Study Well Week, which takes place from Monday, 3 November.
The week has been designed as a dedicated break from regular timetabled teaching designed to support your academic progress, wellbeing, and career development.
This initiative, developed in response to student feedback, offers a range of optional in-person and online activities, including study support, skills workshops, careers events, and social opportunities. Whether you're staying local or just need a change of pace, Study Well Week is here to help you recharge, refocus, and reconnect.
Please be aware not all programmes will have a break in teaching during Study Well Week. In some cases, programme structures – often linked to professional body or accreditation requirements – mean teaching will continue as usual. If you’re a student on one of these courses, you’re still encouraged to take part in the activities and events outside of your normal timetabled activity, to support your wellbeing and personal development.
Please visit the website to discover the full programme of Study Well Week events. With such a wide range of activities on offer, you’re sure to find something that inspires, supports, or recharges you.
