If you have any queries relating to BU’s IT Services, visit a member of the team and talk to them directly in PG16 in Poole House, opposite the new Open Access Centre.
The IT Services Counter is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4.30pm (closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm).
The team can help you with a number of enquiries including:
- IT Surgery appointments
- Audio-visual loans
- Staff laptop support
- General IT enquiries.
