We are improving access to the virtual desktops via Horizon and this will mean that Horizon for all students will be unavailable between 2pm on Friday 10 September until 10pm on Sunday 12 September. Please note these dates if you are likely to need to access BU applications and software during this time. The VPN will be unaffected, so you will be able to log in via that route, depending on the device you use. To prevent any loss of work, we request that all users save their work and log off before 1pm on Friday 10 September.
From 10pm Sunday 12 September, you will need to connect to desktop.bournemouth.ac.uk instead of studentdesktop.bournemouth.ac.uk in order to access Horizon.
