The extremely strong winds due to Storm Eunice are forecast to lessen from mid-afternoon today and the current red weather warning for the region is expected to be downgraded to yellow by tomorrow.
Based on this current information, we anticipate that both Lansdowne and Talbot campuses, along with our Portsmouth and Yeovil sites, will be open as usual on Monday, 21 February.
The libraries, Open Access Centre and SportBU will reopen tomorrow, Saturday, as per their usual opening hours.
The Major Incident Group will continue to monitor the situation over the weekend and, if required, will provide a further update on Sunday evening. However, at the current time, we do expect that our campuses will be fully open again on Monday. If we need to, we will also post updates on Twitter, Facebook and the BU website.
