Help us to improve the guidance we provide to students when making an appeal or complaint by taking part in our short survey.
We are currently reviewing the online guidance available for students submitting appeals and complaints as part of a service improvement project.
A large portion of appeals and complaints made each year don’t fall under the eligibility criteria and could be dealt with through alternative action. The aim of this project is to reduce formal submissions being made for cases like these.
This is your chance to input into the changes we intend to implement which will provide further support and information for students submitting an appeal case.
