Bournemouth University has signed an agreement with charity Africa Bridge Initiative (ABI) to provide knowledge and skills training to young people in Nigeria.
The partnership will involve BU work virtually and in-country, primarily in Lagos with connections to other parts of Nigeria and Africa, to share knowledge through workshops and virtual meetings with ABI, contributing to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) focused on reducing inequalities, building strong institutions and a strong civic culture.

They look to overcome societal challenges by upskilling young people and giving them leadership and practical skills to support their development.
