Once the printer server migration has been completed, please follow the steps below to connect to the new print servers:
BU managed Windows computers
- log off and log on again
- for BU managed Windows laptop users, you may need to do this twice to connect
- when you have successfully done this, you will see the printers have a new name either Secure Mono -Inca or Secure Colour – Inca (previously Doha). See how the new print options will look on screen.
- if the print queue is still not visible, please contact the IT Service Desk (details below).
BU managed Mac computers
A significant benefit of the latest software update is that Mac users can now print directly in the same way as Windows users. You will no longer need to use the email print service, though this will continue to be available.
