We are delighted to announce a new project which aims to make it easier for you to get the support and wellbeing help you need at BU.
Starting in June 2025, we're rolling out a new system to make your experience with Student Services smoother and more efficient. The new enquiry service will help you find information quickly and easily, choose the best way to contact us, and request extra support whenever you need it. It will also keep track of your interactions with our team to make sure you're getting the right support at the right time from the right people. Plus, it will help us see how we're doing and find ways to improve.

We are working closely with students and SUBU to ensure the new enquiry system meets your needs, and we will update you on project progress as we move forward.
