Shaped by student feedback, the new tool will help you find information quickly and easily, choose the best way to contact us, and request extra support whenever you need it. It will also keep track of your interactions with our teams to make sure you're getting the right support at the right time from the right people. Plus, it will help us see how we're doing and find ways to improve.

- A helpful chatbot for quick answers
Just look for the pink 'Chat to us' tab on the right-hand side of the page.
- Enhanced collaboration and communication across BU teams
The new online enquiry form and supporting system will enable our teams to collaborate and communicate more easily, leading to more coordinated and personalised support for you.
Look out for digital signage across campus and scan the QR code, which will take you directly to the ‘AskBU contact us’ page.
