If you're not sure where you want to live next academic year, look no further – we have various options for you to choose from.
With demands such as rising rents, wider cost-of-living pressures as well as the increasing price of energy bills, we know you might be under a lot of pressure to find suitable accommodation and manage your finances. Our halls of residence are open for all returning students, including if you are on placement in the local area.
Some of the advantages are:
- All utility bills and high speed wifi are included in the rent
- You can pay for your accommodation termly, which aligns with your student finance payments, helping you to manage your money
- 40 and 42-week contracts are on offer, meaning that you don’t have to pay for the summer period, if you aren’t going to be in Bournemouth
- The rent also includes an annual bus pass (optional)
- There is 24/7 support onsite, along with a team to ensure maintenance is carried out – and even collect parcels being delivered
- The ResLife team provides onsite wellbeing support and a calendar of activities to so you can socialise at home and meet new people
- You can book as an individual or as a group of friends.
If you are looking for a different environment to halls of residence, LettingsBU has a range of shared houses in great locations near to our campuses. All houses are checked and approved by the LettingsBU team to ensure they are suitable.
