This Applicant Open Day is a great opportunity for our applicants to learn more about our BU community, your course and get a real sense of your chosen subject at BU. If you have not yet applied and are still considering your uni options for September 2024 entry or beyond, please register for our Undergraduate Open Day on Saturday 15 June. Alternatively, we operate an open campus policy Monday-Friday during normal working hours, so you're welcome to come and look around our campuses on a self-guided tour.
During this Applicant Open Day, you will have the opportunity to:
Attend subject talks, tours of our facilities and taster sessions led by academic staff
Ask our Student Services and Admissions Teams any questions you may have during the exhibition
Go on a campus tour with one of our Student Ambassadors
Visit the Halls of Residence on our Lansdowne Campus
Attend talks and workshops on financing your studies, budgeting and cost of living support, accommodation and student life
Take part in a quiz at our on-campus Kitchen & Bar, Dylan's.
The majority of our courses will be represented at our Talbot Campus. The following Health & Social Care and Social Sciences courses will be represented at our Lansdowne Campus:

Joining instructions will be sent a week or so prior to the event, including the timetable of talks and workshops, and travel arrangements.
We've designed this Open Day for those that have aleady applied to BU. You’ll get to explore your course in more detail and gain more of an idea of what to expect from living and studying in Bournemouth.
Join us between 17:30 and 19:45 to find out more about our Nursing undergraduate and postgraduate courses and BSc (Hons) Midwifery course, take a look around our facilities and talk to academic staff about our courses.
