From Monday 27 April, SportBU will be hosting a 14-day Isolation Challenge on their Facebook and Instagram pages for you to take part in.
Each day there will be a different task to complete centred around keeping your mind and body active during isolation. You can take a sneak peak at what will be coming up by checking the image below:
Workouts associated with the Isolation Challenge will be shared on SportBU's Facebook and Instagram stories on the day of the task. But do feel free to intepret each day of the challenge however you like.
