Dr Svetla Stoyanova-Bozhkova, Deputy Head of Department in People & Organisations at BU Business School, won 'Best Mentor Award - Personal Impact' at the National Mentoring Matters Awards 2024. This is in recognition of her contribution to the Help to Grow: Management programme.
In a competitive field with over 260 nominations, Svetla's success reflects her commitment to mentoring, both within and beyond Bournemouth University and the contributions that she and Bournemouth University Business School have made to leadership and management at the national level.
"This is a double celebration for me, because one of my mentees is the Winner in another category.
"I feel thrilled, honoured, humbled, elevated to be recognised for something that I am so passionate about - support leaders to grow their organisations with integrity, innovation, empathy and commitment to sustainability." Svetla shared.
