Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been introduced to myHub. MFA will add an extra layer of protection against unauthorised access, reducing the risk of breaches and data loss.
What does this mean for you?
In the same way you are asked to verify your identity when logging into other apps, such as Brightspace, you will be asked to do the same when logging in to myHub. If you haven't already registered for MFA (to use other systems), when you attempt to log in, it will take you through the steps to register. You may also find this step-by-step guide for student myHub access (pdf, 800kb) useful – this includes information for ‘new’ direct applicants, ‘returning’ direct applicants, postgraduate applicants, UCAS applicants and agents.
