Every year you – as a student at BU – are invited to put yourself forward to be a part of the new team of SUBU Officers. Students in these roles will represent the student voice and shape the future of the Students' Union and student life here at BU.
This year there are four full-time roles up for grabs:
- President
- Vice-President Education
- Vice-President Student Opportunities
- Vice-President Welfare & Community
This year there are also also several part-time roles available:
- Asian, Arab & Ethnic Minority Officer
- Black Students' Officer
- Disabilities, Accessibility & Neuro-Diverse Officer
- LGBTQ+ Officer
- Trans, Non-Binary, Intersex & Gender Identity+ Officer
- Women's Officer
- Postgraduate Officer
- Faculty of Business & Law
- Faculty of Media, Science & Technology
- Faculty of Health, Environmental & Medical Science.
Any current BU student can run for a role. Nominations are open from 10am on Monday 12 January to 12pm on Friday 6 February.
