Due to reduced staffing levels, AskBU will have amended opening times in June to support the team to manage enquiries.
- The desk at The Hub in Poole House will be closed between 12pm and 2pm daily.
- The desk at Bournemouth Gateway Building will be closed on Thursdays.
You’ll still be able to visit us outside of these times as usual.
If you need help while the desks are closed, don’t worry - there are lots of ways to get support:
- Call us – our phone lines will remain open as normal
- Submit an online enquiry
- Use our AskBU chatbot for quick answers to general questions.
