We’re thrilled to share that we’re launching a new enquiry tool on Wednesday 11 June, making it easier for you to get the support and wellbeing help you need at BU.
Shaped by student feedback, the new tool will help you find information quickly and easily, choose the best way to contact us, and request extra support whenever you need it. It will also keep track of your interactions with our teams to make sure you're getting the right support at the right time from the right people. Plus, it will help us see how we're doing and find ways to improve.
What’s changing?
Here are the key updates you’ll see:
- Two new, easy ways for you to get in touch
- An online enquiry form
- A helpful chatbot for quick answers
- A new ‘AskBU contact us’ hub page
We’re simplifying how you get in touch by directing all enquiries through our newly designed, central AskBU contact us page — your one-stop shop for enquiries. - Enhanced collaboration and communication across BU teams
The new online enquiry form and supporting system will enable our teams to collaborate and communicate more easily, leading to more coordinated and personalised support for you.
