How to complete your accommodation booking
Once you are logged into the Accommodation Portal, select ‘Registration and Booking’ and follow the two-stage process to choose and secure your room:
- Stage 1: Register your interest in accommodation
- Stage 2: Choose and book your room
Confirming your booking
You will need to make a payment to secure your room:
- If your room is booked directly with BU (Student Village, Unilet and Dorchester House), we will request your first rent payment of £250. You will then need to make this payment within 24 hours. If payment is not made by the deadline, your reservation might be cancelled and the room released for others to book
- If you select any of our other accommodation options, the required payment to confirm your booking is detailed in our Accommodation Price Guide. Your booking will be handled by one of our accommodation partners who will be in contact with you within five working days to request payment to confirm the booking. Please keep checking your email and respond within the deadline provided.
