We'd love to meet you at one of our Clearing Campus Visits. This event is a great opportunity to find out more about life at BU, including your accommodation options, and take a tour to see for yourself what our Talbot Campus is like before starting this September.

What to expect at a Clearing Campus Visit:
- Chat with current students and staff
- Some accommodation will be open for viewing
- Take a guided tour of our Talbot Campus*
- Enjoy a bus tour of Bournemouth and the local surroundings.
Open Day travel funding
We know the costs of attending university events can add up, so check your eligibility for the below travel offers:
- A £50 Travel Bursary if you've been in receipt of Free School Meals or have been in care in the last five years
- 20% off South Western Railway train travel.
Course availability changes quickly in Clearing so if you’re not holding an offer from us, we recommend you check our subject area web pages to make sure there is space on the course you are interested in before making travel arrangements and attending the Clearing Campus Visit.
*Please note that our Health & Social Care and Criminology & Sociology courses are mainly taught at our Lansdowne Campus. If you are interested in studying any of these courses and would like to see the course-specific facilities in our Bournemouth Gateway Building, we recommend you book onto our Saturday 16 August Clearing Campus Visit as the event will run at both Lansdowne and Talbot Campus. However, all courses will still be represented at the Talbot Campus event on Monday 18 August.
