As part of the student Village Network refresh, Blocks One and Two - house numbers 1 to 24 - will have their wireless access points replaced and upgraded between 8 and 11 July.
The Wireless networks you connect to will remain the same, so you will not need to do anything. The access points are positioned in the corridors so there will be no need to access any of the bedrooms.
We anticipate any wireless outages to be a minimal of 10 to 20 minutes whilst they reload. If you find there is a prolonged outage or later find connectivity has worsened, please report it to the IT Service Desk on (01202 9)65515, freephone (UK only) 0808 196 2332 with as much detail as possible about the problem.
