Bournemouth University's Spotlight Public Lecture Series shines a light on different areas of BU research and expertise, exploring societal issues and interesting topics and sharing research-informed insights.

Events in the series will cover subjects ranging from health to heritage, and tackling misinformation.

Join our panel discussion as we explore the future of the NHS. 

BU experts Professor Tom Wainwright (orthopaedics), Professor Vanora Hundley (midwifery and women's health) and Professor Lee-Ann Fenge (social work) will share their thoughts and experience on what the future NHS looks like, and how we can make decisions today to help the NHS thrive into the future.

The event will be hosted at Royal Bournemouth Hospital and opened by University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust (UHD) CEO Siobhan Harrington. 

The evening will begin with welcome drinks at 5.30pm before an hour-long panel discussion and Q&A.
