Undergraduate students who will successfully complete the Digital Marketing unit have the opportunity to achieve the IDM qualification level 4 Certificate in Digital Marketing, as a result of exemptions awarded by the IDM for the Digital Marketing unit.
Our Business Studies with Marketing pathway will develop your understanding and skills in marketing functions, principles and practice, enabling you to develop marketing approaches for a range of marketing scenarios across different industry structures. You'll examine concepts, principles and activities of international marketing, through a critical review of the theoretical frameworks both for the analysis of international marketing environments and for the development of international marketing plans.
Your curriculum, taught by highly qualified lecturers and industry-savvy practitioners, will be peppered with numerous networking events and compelling talks held by guest speakers from a variety of business disciplines. Plus there’s the possibility of travel in year two, as you can study the second semester at one of BU’s international partner institutions, currently in Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United States.
A 30-week period in industry will help to season your CV in year three, giving you essential real world experience, placing your theory and skills into practice, and harvesting a network of professional contacts – all vital for successfully launching your career.
