Overdue reminders - external and subscription members
Overdue reminders are normally sent by post. If you would prefer to receive reminders by email, please specify an email address when you register with the Library.
You will be sent four reminders and the final reminder will include a charge for replacing the item. If you are still unable to return the overdue item (e.g. because it is lost or damaged), this charge will be payable.
Reserving books - subscription members only
As a subscription borrower, you can reserve items online via the Library Catalogue if all copies of the book you require are out on loan.
If you have provided us with an email address, we will email you when the book is ready for you to collect and we will hold the item for you for one week.
To notify us of a change of email or postal address, please contact us by phone or email, or speak to Help Zone staff when you next visit the library.
