BU's Residential Services is the home of our very own student friendly letting service, LettingsBU, who have a variety of privately let accommodation options across in the popular areas of Winton, Boscombe, Charminster and Wallisdown. If you are a returning student please contact LettingsBU when starting your house hunting.

When to rent

SUBU, the Students' Union at BU, offer lots of housing advice about finding a house, including finding a landlord or agency to assist you. Their Don't Rent Yet information includes lots of helpful tips to help you work out the best time to start 'house-hunting' and avoid difficult situations with future landlords and house mates.
