Tier 4 student visa presentations

Weekly presentations

*Please note there will be no Tier 4 presentations until further notice, due to coronavirus.
Guidance is available on these web pages and you can get immigration advice by emailing

If you're coming to BU from a non-EEA country, you may need to apply for a Tier 4 (General) student visa extension during your studies. You can get help with these visas from AskBU at the following weekly presentations - these will run throughout the summer break - no booking required.

Tier 4 (General) student visa presentations
*Currently postponed - we will advise rescheduled dates asap.

Important: The presentations are all based at Talbot Campus and start at the above times. You will need to arrive on time, as the full hour is needed to go through the application and to answer any questions. If there are no attendees at the start, the presentation will not run. If you are late you will need to come to the next one. To help find the correct room you can download a map of Talbot Campus.

Working after your studies

For BU students currently studying on a Tier 4 (General) student visa we run presentations on the options to stay and work in the UK after your studies. No booking required.
