Graduation ceremonies

Graduation is a moment for celebration, to stop and reflect on your academic achievements and recognise the hard work you have put into your studies. We want to make sure that this moment is celebrated fully and are continuing to monitor national government guidance so that we can celebrate with our Class of 2020 in person when it is safe to do so.

In March 2021, we held a series of virtual Celebrations to give our Class of 2020 the opportunity to celebrate their success and reconnect with friends and lecturers from their course. Recordings of these virtual events are available on the BU YouTube channel and you can find out more about these Celebrations on our website.

If you are graduating in 2021 we will keep you updated with our plans for your Graduation via email. We are monitoring the restrictions in place and will always be guided by the safety of our graduates, your family and our staff.

We are commited to holding a wonderul Graduation event for all graduates, their family and friends to commemorate the completion of their BU degree.

Please view our FAQs or contact AskBU if you have any queries.
