Priyanka works in learning and development for Places for People, one of the largest property management, development, regeneration and leisure companies in the UK.

In this role, she designs and delivers learning content for 13,000 colleagues – from webinars to eLearning modules. She also advises on professional qualifications, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement. Priyanka credits her BU degree, including a placement year in learning and development for a global insurer, as developing her skills and preparing her for a career supporting, motivating and training colleagues.

Since joining Places for People, she has become a subject-matter expert on the role of psychology in the workplace.
