After completing his BSc (Hons) Computing, Luke embarked on a career path centred around delivering technology to create a better society, starting his journey with Leidos UK’s graduate scheme.

Serving clients such as the Met Police, RAF, and MoD, Luke played a pivotal role in the delivery and implementation of technical solutions as part of large digital transformation projects. His work has contributed to heightened efficiency and safety measures for public services across the UK. Transitioning to IBM UK as a Complex Project Manager, he furthered his commitment to public services by taking on larger-scale projects, including delivering intricate technical solutions for the Digital Cancer Screening Programme for the NHS.

Luke says: “My degree in computer science equipped me with the necessary technical understanding to successfully guide these digital and cloud transformation projects. More than that, my ability to balance this technical expertise with effective project management has enabled me to ensure the delivery of successful projects that directly benefit the public. This blend of technical know-how and leadership skills sets me apart and positions me to make a substantial difference in the public sector.”
