Since studying BSc (Hons) in Marketing, Olivia has pursued a career in technology.

She joined Google's renowned Associate Product Marketing Manager program and is responsible for omnichannel shopper experience for the Google Pixel and Google Home in EMEA. Olivia is passionate about using technology to create meaningful experiences and has reimagined Google's physical retail executions to define their brand and created their first dynamic product pages online.

While at Google, Olivia is working to help the company become carbon free by 2030 (having been carbon neutral since 2007) and has been part of the DEI committee within her directorate.

Olivia says: “My degree has helped me by giving me a rich skillset, from finance to law to advertising. The placement year I undertook at Disney kickstarted my career, and the help from the careers centre with practice interviews and materials, allowed me to feel confident in any interview. Lastly, the soft skills I learnt, such as how to manage my time and professional communication, are invaluable.”
