Get your body moving and your heart pumping in this quick-fire bodyweight class.

As the name suggests, you’ll speed through a variety of head-to-toe exercises (aimed at strengthening the core) using your own bodyweight.

From push-ups to squats, burpees to planks and bear crawls, you won’t stop moving throughout the 30 minutes. 10 minutes of upper body, 10 minutes of lower body, and 10 minutes of abs.”

And, depending on your fitness level and goals, it’s all easy to adapt by simply adjusting the number of repetitions per exercise.
