Total Body Conditioning classes

Get your body into great shape in this high-intensity, easy-to-follow conditioning class.

Using body bars, barbells, dumbbells and more, you’ll work through a mix of upper and lower body non-cardio exercises, designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups.

At the end of the class, the focus moves to your abdominals, with a range of both mat and non-mat-based exercises – helping you on the way to a firmer, flatter stomach.
