Crunch, lunge and squat your way to a toned lower body in our popular Legs, Bums & Tums class.
To get your whole body moving, the class starts with a gentle warm-up, followed by a burst of aerobics.
You’ll then move through a range of exercises on your floor mat, including crunches, bridges, squats, air cycling and more – giving your legs, bum and tum a good workout.
Members: included in all SportBU membership packages
Non-members: £4.50 per class (BU*) / £5 per class (community)
