Delivered by our sports partner, Polz Apart, Pole Dancing is a fun way to build your fitness, strength, and stamina and is also a great way to meet new people. Whether you are new to pole dancing classes or have prior experience, Polz Apart, caters to all abilities. we have classes for complete Beginners and Intermediate level (Advanced students please contact Polz Apart directly). Classes held in our Air-Conditioned studio at Talbot Campus and everyone is welcome.

Days and times: Tuesdays 6-7pm (Beginners); 7pm-8pm (Intermediate) or Wednesday 6-7pm (Beginners)
