Using a barbell, typically with light weights, you’ll perform a range of high repetition exercises, all set to high-energy music, to give you that extra push.

From squats to chest presses, lunges to crunches, deadlifts to bicep curls, you won’t stop moving and working different muscle groups.

You can combine your Pump workout with a Cardio and Conditioning class for the perfect exercise routine.
