Go all-out in our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class and smash your fitness goals faster.

From start to finish, there’ll be quick, intense bursts of full-body cardio exercises followed by muscular endurance training. Designed to keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time, you'll complete exercises based on short bursts of activity with short rest periods.

You should start to see an improvement not only in your overall cardio fitness and strength but also leaner, more defined muscles too.
