It is expected that the topic of the dissertation will be in an area of law or legal practice associated with the knowledge and skills acquired and developed in the Legal Practice Course.

PG Cert Intellectual Property

This part-time course is designed to give a detailed overview of substantive intellectual property law. On successful completion of this course, you will obtain full exemptions from the foundation level examinations for qualification as a patent attorney or trade mark attorney in the UK (IPReg/CIPA/CITMA). The course will give you the practical skills and theoretical knowledge that both firms and Intellectual Property departments are demanding.
